By using Narrato (mynarrato.com), a service of Pexara AI, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Service

Narrato converts text manuscripts into MP3 audio files using AI voice synthesis. You pay a one-time fee based on the word count of your manuscript.

Your Content

• You retain full ownership of any manuscript you upload and any audiobook we produce from it.
• You warrant that you have the right to convert the uploaded content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.

Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are in USD and are charged at the time of checkout.
• We offer a free re-run with a different voice if you are not satisfied with your result. Contact us within 7 days of your order.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures on our end.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Narrato to convert content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Narrato is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
