By using Narrato (mynarrato.com), a service of Pexara AI, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Service

Narrato converts text manuscripts and documents into MP3 audio files using AI voice synthesis. You can pay for a single conversion or buy prepaid credits for eligible document conversions.

Your Content

• You retain full ownership of any manuscript you upload and any audiobook we produce from it.
• You warrant that you have the right to convert the uploaded content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.

Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are in USD and are charged at the time of checkout.
• Prepaid document credits cover English MP3 conversions up to 80,000 words per credit. Podcast briefs, additional languages, and longer files use standard checkout.
• We offer a free re-run with a different voice if you are not satisfied with your result. Contact us within 7 days of your order.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures on our end.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Narrato to convert content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Narrato is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
